Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Note: Digital products (eBooks, audiobooks) and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is found to be defective.

- Customized or personalized products
- Products purchased on final sale or clearance
3. Return Process

- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return. Attach photos of any damage or defects, if applicable.
- Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps, including providing a return shipping address if your return is approved.
4. Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery of the return. Unbound Script is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
